Dear customers, buyers and resellers,
 
As many of you know, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) will soon go into effect. I assure you that all of our products are
safe and presently conform to the standards of the new law. To certify
this, and to further comply with the law's requirements, we are pleased to
announce that a comprehensive program of testing has begun at Meg Dana and Co. including the use of certified, third-party testing laboratories. In
addition, our suppliers and raw material vendors have provided statements
and certificates assuring lead and phthalates contents well below federal
standards.
 
At the present time, we are on schedule with our program and plan on
shipping all orders beginning February 10th 2009 in full conformity with the
Consumer Products Safety Commission by accompanying each shipment with a copy of our General Conformity Certificate. Feel free to contact us with

exciting products and designs fully tested and safe for the enjoyment of
yourselves, your customers, family and friends.
